以前からこの店の存在を知りつつも予約をとる事が出来なかった「居酒屋 葵」さんへ。
大洲農業高校から程近い場所、道を挟んですぐ向かいにある。
店内は入口付近にカウンター8席、その奥には小上がり座敷が多数あり
若い大将とその御弟子さん?二人で切り盛りされてるようだ。
オーダーは
●牛イチボの炭焼き(バルサミコソースとブルーベリーのソース仕立て)1300円
通称ランプ肉とよばれるお尻の部位。肉質はきめが細かく脂肪もあっさりめで上品な味わい。
オクラやミニトマトが添えられておりビジュアルも素晴らしいですね。
●のどぐろの塩焼き 2100円
高級魚、のどぐろ。別名アカムツとも言います。塩焼きにした薄赤色の皮目をパリッと割ると
脂のたっぷりと乗った極上の身がほぐれてきます。お醤油も申し分なく滅茶旨です。
●宇和島のじゃこ天 350円
●さきいかの天ぷら 500円
因みに大将の親父さんは市内でお寿司屋さんを経営されてると伺ってます。
恐らくここら近辺では間違いなくトップクラスの居酒屋さんだと云っても過言ではないでしょう。
