焼鳥屋さんですが、お食事処と謳われており食堂メニューもありますよ^^
今治名物鉄板焼鳥のお店です^^
カウンターに座りました。
まずは焼酎(むぎ)水割り350円を注文し、皮焼300円をいただきました。
付きだしのキャベツと共に出てきます。
身も付いておりパリッパリな食感です^^甘みの中にコクも感じるタレがいい感じです^^
このタレにつけながら食べるキャベツがうまい^^
続いてやさき(二本)200円をいただきました^^
香ばしくレアな焼き具合で肉汁がジュワーッと出てきます^^
焼酎(むぎ)水割りをお代わりし、きも200円をいただきました。
甘辛いタレにふっくら柔らかいきもがいい感じです^^
ふんわりした食感で美味しいですね^^上にはネギが振りかけられています^^
そしてとりねぎ(二本)200円をいただきました^^
ジューシーでしっとり柔らかでネギの苦みとかなり合いますね^^
焼酎(むぎ)水割り三杯目に入り、玉ねぎ焼280円です^^
大きな玉葱。塩胡椒の味わいもよく甘辛いタレにかなり合います^^
続いてニンニク焼280円です。
塩胡椒でかなり香ばしく焼かれています^^
ニンニク独特の旨みと苦みたまりませんね^^
そしてもち焼400円をいただきました^^
香ばしい角餅で海苔と甘辛いタレでモチモチした食感を楽しめます^^
最後に〆に中華ざる500円をいただきました^^
つゆに山葵とネギを入れ鶉卵を落とし混ぜます^^
刻み海苔が振りかけられた細目のちぢれのある麺はシコシコ感がかなりいい感じです^^硬さは普通でした^^
サッパリと味わえますよ^^
メニューの表記は消費税抜きのようです。お会計は3580円でした^^
次回はラーメンやとり丼なども食べてみたいですね^^
