夜に予約をして二人で行きました。リニューアルされてからは初めてになります。相方は初めての来店です。テーブル席に案内されました。
まずは二人ともウーロン茶で乾杯^^
付きだしとして鱧の酢の物が出ました。キュウリ、ワカメ、ミョウガ、湯引きされた鱧とサッパリと酸味を楽しめます。
あこう刺身、カボスを絞っていただきます。身も皮ももの凄い弾力です。モチモチコリコリした歯触りがたまりません。相方も喜んでいました。
岩がき焼き2個、レモンを絞っていただきます。プリッとした身の歯触りと磯の風味がはまりますね^^相方も喜んでました。
車えび刺身2尾、カボスを絞っていただきます。プリッと歯触りがよく爽快感があります。また頭は素揚げしてくれてカリッと旨みを楽しみました。相方も喜んでました^^
うなぎ蒲焼き、身はふっくら皮の部分はカリッと焼かれていて美味しいですね。タレも甘めで味わい深い。そういえば大将が若い時の修行先は今治で鰻が美味しいと評判だったが惜しまれながら閉店された宮本だったのも頷けます。相方もかなり気に入ってました。
上にぎり二人前、相方のは山葵抜きにしてもらいました。鯛、マグロ、穴子、とり貝、海老、白身、中トロ、雲丹という内容でした。鯛はモッチリと歯触りがよく、マグロはしっとりととろけるようです。穴子はにきりが塗られていて香ばしく、とり貝もにきりが塗られていてモッチリと歯触りがよく、海老はしっとりプリッと味わい深く、白身はモッチリと弾力良い歯触りです。中トロはとろける様な口当たりでした。雲丹はまろやかで甘くて濃厚な旨みです。またガリもサッパリと美味しい。相方もかなり喜んでいました。
せんざんき、レモン汁をかけていただきます。今治名物です。カラッと揚がっていて甘辛い下味もいい感じです。そして身はジューシー。横にはサラダも添えられています。相方も気に入ってました。
茶碗蒸し2個、まろやかな味わいの中に鰻、海老、鶏肉、銀杏、サツマイモ、三つ葉、椎茸が入っていました。これらの具材の旨みが沁みだしています。また鰻は香ばしく、サツマイモは甘くて味わいのアクセントになりました。相方もかなり喜んでました。
お会計は二人で16,665円でした。
次回は鱧も食べてみたいですね^^
