2014年1月 一人だけの夕ご飯です。
付け出しは店名を焼かれた玉子焼き、鯵の酢なめろうに北総豚の味噌漬け炭火焼き(680円)です。
続いては私の締めのお約束、この日は新筍と鱸の鉄鍋ご飯です。
1.5合のご飯は流石に食べ切れないので、最近はいつも無理を言ってお握りにしていただいて、翌朝いただいています。
2013年12月 15人ほどで忘年会です。
コースに付いているスパークリングワインで乾杯し、私は続けて冷たい日本酒をいただきました。
お仕着せのコースだけでもまあ充分だったのですが、少し足りないと思ったので、名物の3種のロールご飯(アボカドを使った巻き寿司のドラゴンロール、豚肉で巻いた特製ぼうのロール、そしてとろサーモンロール、各780円)を2本ずついただきました。
因みに一番高価なコースの内容は、乾杯用の食前酒に前菜4種、厳選鮮魚5種のカルパッチョ風、A5特選黒毛和牛のリブロースステーキ、生湯葉と豆乳の茶碗蒸し、海鮮塩ちゃんこ鍋と締めのラーメンセットに、デザートの白い珈琲プリンです。
とても美味しくお腹いっぱいになりました。
恵比寿麦酒におつまみは北海道産白子ポン酢(780円)と黒そいの煮付け(780円)をいただきました。
そしてやっぱりメインディッシュは、最近お気に入りの鉄鍋ご飯、この日は真鯛と茸(1人前850円、2人前から)でした。
先ずはそのまま、そして薬味をのせて、続いてだし汁でお茶漬け風に、鰻の櫃まぶしの様にいろいろ楽しめます。
この日は鰯の摘み入れ汁も作ってもらえたので、鉄鍋ご飯にかけても楽しめました。
もちろん残ったご飯は特別にお願いしてお握りにしていただいて、翌朝のお楽しみです。
2013年10月 スプマンテやワインのボトルを1本2,800円で売っていたので、この夜はピノ・シャルドネのスプマンテをいただきました。
具沢山の茶碗蒸し(630円)に、大好物の前沢牛入りメンチカツ、そして最近のお約束の秋鮭と茸の鉄鍋ご飯(1人前850円、2人前より)です。
もちろん鉄鍋ご飯を混ぜて先ずはそのまま、続いて薬味をのせて、その後はだし汁をかけて美味しくいただきました。
最近の私では流石に1合半のご飯は食べ切れないので、残りはお握りにしてもらって翌朝のご飯にしました。
2013年8月 この日はお刺し身にもなる北海道産の新秋刀魚が入っていたので、塩焼きではなく醤油ダレで焼いた新秋刀魚と茸タップリの鉄鍋ご飯(2人前から、1人前800円)をいただきました。
いつものように最初はそのままで、続いて薬味をのせて、最後は出し汁をかけて、そして残った鉄鍋ご飯はお握りにしてもらって翌日いただきました。
一緒に国産若鶏のパリパリ塩焼き(750円)も美味しくいただきました。
2013年7月 鰆と白魚の鉄鍋ご飯(二人前1,600円)に、葉生姜(380円)と生海苔と玉蜀黍のパラパラ揚げ(530円)です。
いつもながら美味しくお腹いっぱいになりました。
大満足です。
2013年6月 この日も鉄鍋ご飯を注文して、炊き上がるまでの間におつまみを頼んで恵比寿麦酒(大瓶、860円)を楽しみました。
最初のおつまみは銚子産の生しらす(580円)、A5和牛のおろし醤油和え、虹鱒の炭火焼き(580円)、そして待望の白海老と空豆の鉄鍋ご飯(1人前800円、2人前から)です。
残った鉄鍋ご飯は翌朝用にお握りにしてもらい、お腹いっぱい楽しみました。
2013年4月 鉄鍋ご飯が気に入ったので、この日は銚子産平目と桜海老の鉄鍋ご飯(2人前から、1人前800円)をいただきました。
一緒にA5黒毛和牛のサイコロステーキ(830円)を一緒にいただきました。
実際に鉄鍋でお米から炊くので、注文してから40分はかかるので、その間に生ハムと金針菜の炭火焼き(830円)をいただきました。
金針菜葉忘れな草の花の新芽で、チョッと変わった食感を楽しめました。
この日はコースの締めのご飯としてだけ提供していたと言う鉄鍋ご飯、気に入ったお客さんからの単品でも出して欲しいとの要望で、初めていただきました。
でも2人前)からで、ご飯の量が2人前で1合半位あるとのことで、チョッと躊躇っていました。
すると残った鉄鍋ご飯はお握りにして持ち帰れる・・・と言うことで、早速2人前真鯛と生桜海老の鉄鍋ご飯を注文しました。
でもその前に大好物のいつもの海老とアヴォカドのコブラサラダ(880円)を頼んであったので、チョッとだけ心配でした。
また鉄鍋ご飯も注文を受けてから炊き始めるので、野菜サラダを食べて手持ち無沙汰だったので、マンマと策に嵌まって大好物の前沢牛入りメンチカツ(780円)を頼んでしまいました。
しかしそれでも手持ち無沙汰だと思われたのか、京都産のおぼろ豆腐もいただきました。
50分ほど待ってやっと真鯛と生桜海老の鉄鍋ご飯(1人前880円)の到着です。
寸前に薬味と出し汁、そして取り皿などが到着して、いろいろ味を変えていただきました。
鰻の櫃まぶしに習って、最初は鉄鍋のご飯を混ぜてそのままで、そして薬味を入れてお代わりまでしてしまいました。
続いては出し汁をかけて美味しくいただきました。
残ったご飯はお握りにしてもらって持ち帰り、翌朝のご飯にいただきました。
2013年1月 この日は1人で坦々味噌豚キムチ鍋(1人前1,500円、二人前から)です。
流石に二人前ですが、ほかに鮟肝しか頼んでいないため、何とか2人前の鍋は完食です。
でもその後にお勧めのラーメンセット(600円)を頼んだのですが、これはお一人様鍋の私には大間違いでした。
食べても食べてもなくならないラーメン、半分近くを残してしまいました。
面目ない。
2012年11月 親しい仲間5~6人で、宴会の二次会で行きました。
モヤシの付け出しにポテトサラダと大好物の前沢牛入りメンチカツ(780円)、そして私の定番の海老とアヴォガドのコブサラダ(880円)、と国産若鶏のパリパリ塩焼き(750円)です。
そして名物のロールご飯3種、ぼうの特製ロール、炙りとろサーモンロール、ドラゴンロール(各780円)です。
私は特製だし茶漬け(580円)をいただきました。
食後には手作りティラミス(580円)、クレームブリュレ(480円)、季節限定栗のアイスクリーム(380円)にヴァニラのアイスクリーム(380円)です。
皆で美味しく楽しめました。
美味しい海老とアボガドのコブサラダ(880円)にジューシーな前沢牛入りのメンチカツ(780円)、最近の私の定番の食事です。
この日は石焼きビビンバ(880円)を締めの一品にいただきました。
水とお茶で美味しくお腹いっぱいです。
2012年10月 最近はノーアルコールでお水だけをいただいて、生野菜サラダにお肉かお魚という日が続いています。
この日は海老とアボガドのコブサラダ(880円)、炭火焼き鮪の葱間串(290円)、大好物の前沢牛入りメンチカツ(780円)に、久し振りにご飯物で石焼きクリーミーチーズリゾット(780円)です。
最初は店名を冠した特製サラダ(840円)から、気仙沼産鰹の刺し身(840円)、そして国産若鶏のパリパリ焼き(750円)です。
とても美味しくお腹いっぱいになりました。
2012年7月 ダイエットを始めたので先ずはコブサラダ(880円)です。
カリカリの海老がタップリのった、とても美味しいサラダです。
大好物のホワイトアスパラガス(780円)とグリーンアスパラガス(740円)を炭で焼いてもらいました。
締めは大好物の前沢牛入りのメンチカツ(780円)です。
とても美味しくお腹いっぱいになりました。
2012年4月 旭市の国道沿いのスーパーに隣接するホテルの脇に、一軒家のとてもお洒落な居酒屋さんがあります。
この居酒屋がとてもお洒落なだけではなく、料理も和食から洋食まで、創作料理を含めてとても美味しいのです。
玄関を入ってすぐ左の階段を昇ると深夜まで営業のバーがあります。
下の居酒屋が開いている時間は下の料理も食べられるので、そういうチョイスもあります。
しかし日本酒でユックリ料理を楽しむのならば、やっぱり1階の居酒屋で食べる方がお勧めです。
この日は生雲丹と銚子産の鰹の刺し身、自家製のローストビーフ、牛と豚の串焼きとメンチカツに名物のドラゴンロールをいただきました。
とても美味しくお腹いっぱい楽しめました。
