近くにはホテル群があり、結婚式も開催されて、2次会など色々なニーズがあるからだ。
駅から近いこちら「農家の慶(よろこび)」さんは、16時から営業されると聞いたので向かいましょう。
入店してドリンクはハイボール、ツレはキウイサワーをオーダして、まずは、旬菜サラダ 。
ボリューミーな一品に食べても食べても終わらないイメージの盛り方。。
千葉県ならばとイワシなめろう をお願いする。味噌が効いて、とても日本酒の相性が良いので進む。
乾杯のスタートからめちゃ写真で美味そうな上州もち豚の角煮 。柔らかで箸でもスパッと切れる。
よく煮込んである事が伺える。味も濃い目だけど、こちらも日本酒が進む味。
お刺身3種盛り(マグロ、ハマチ、鯛)をお願いしたら、もの凄い厚めの切り方に驚きを隠せない。
新鮮で美味しい。地鶏岩塩焼きは、鶏の素材にこだわりを感じ、柔らかく、それでいて味わい深い。
軟骨の唐揚げは、コリコリとして、塩気もありこれも日本酒のアテとして最高。
鯖の棒鮨は、間に生姜が挟まれて、その食感に新鮮さを感じたモノ。
デザートに抹茶アイスクリームを頂く。この濃厚な抹茶の味に締めの一品を感じた。
合わせた日本酒は、千葉県勝浦市の鳴海(なるか) お初の味わい。純米酒だけど、吟醸香も付いてくる。
腰古井(こしごい)は同じ勝浦市内でも山の中。どっしりした純米酒。
獺祭の三割九分磨きは、大吟醸だけあって安定した吟醸香と純米酒の効果がバッチリな美味しさ。
醸し人九平次はうすにごり。純米酒だけど吟醸香がして満足した味。
