2015/11再訪
会社から帰ろうとしたところ、電車が遅延で大府までしかたどり着かず、次発まで30分以上あるということで、、、
俺の中で心のホットメルトゥが熱い雄叫びをあげ始めた
"だったら晴れる屋行けばいいんじゃない!"
フフフ、、そうだね、、晴れる屋行けちゃうよね、、大府駅から徒歩で10分もあればね、、
などとひとりごちていると、もう私は晴れる屋にいた
炙り豚生姜焼きの炙り焼き加減、、つけめんのスープに浸して食べる時の香ばしいにおいと肉汁とスープのハーモニィ
さながらオーケストラの奏でる旋律かの如く私の味覚を刺激する
ごちそうさまでした、晴れる屋美味しいっすね〜

一昨日訪問したばかりだが再訪問
本日は赤つけを注文
辛いのは苦手なので、食べられるかヒヤヒヤしていた、つけめんで食べた際に、唐辛子の辛味が効いていたため、なかなかの刺激、しかし辛味が麺によく絡んで美味しく食べられた
そして雑炊、こちらは辛味が上手いことご飯とマッチングして、結局スープ全部ごと平らげてしまった、雑炊とのマッチングはなかなかよいですね
どちらかといえば赤つけよりも、ノーマルつけめんのスープの方が好みだったかな、でも美味しく頂けました

お昼頃、近くに立ち寄ったので訪問
おそらく3回目くらいの訪問
前回食した時にはつけめんのコシと、スープの動物系の旨味が非常にインパクトに残っており、地元の麺の亭ささきやに何度かこの味を求めて訪問していた
ささきやでは晴れる屋で修行した店長が経営していたため、似た味わいだったが、やはり本店へ行きたくなっていたというのもある
本日はスタンダードにつけめんを食す、食べ比べではないが本店の方がスープに奥深さを感じる、ランチタイムでは雑炊もあり満足
つけめんのスタンダードとしての晴れる屋の安定感を再認識した日でした
