長久手に開店した際、皆さんが挙って行かれ、いつかはと思いつつも、いつの間にか店が近くに出来ていたので行って来ました。
駐車場は店の下に4台分、13時過ぎだったので車も停められ、1階の入り口から2階の店に上がるとカウンター席に案内されます。
周りの個室調の席から漏れてくる声から客は主婦層ばかりのようで、さらに続いて「予約です。」と入店される程、主婦層に人気のようです。この状況から営業時間が15時までと長めなことが頷けます。
とろろの付かないランチメニューもあるそうですが、当然とろろ目当てなので、とろろに合わせて揚げ物を避け、「寒鰤の西京焼き御膳」を注文、10分弱で運ばれます。
金額にしては派手さ控えめな見た目。自然薯にはあらかじめ味が付いているのでそのままと言うことなので、そのまま御飯にかけて頂くと、皮ごと擂ってあるので大地の香りが広がります。慣れてくると自然薯本来の味が感じられ、麦飯に合う優しくもしっかりした出汁の風味がしてきます。
寒鰤の西京焼きは、かなり立派な大きさの鰤に、良い塩梅で味が漬かっています。こちらもそのままどうぞとの「自然薯のお刺身」は、香ばしい海苔の風味の後に、自然薯の粘りが楽しめ、香りが鼻を抜けていきます。
赤出しにはわかめと三つ葉、茶碗蒸しには小さな山芋と海老に蒲鉾と言う内容で、こちらはちょっと寂しく感じます。
安くても千円程の価格設定ですが、男性なら御飯をお代わりすれば十分満たされ、女性であればデザート付きを注文し、午後の一時をおしゃべりと共に楽しめるので人気なのでしょう。
