結論から言うと大変満足が出来、感動もしました!
これまで少量のすっぽんが入ったお料理はいただいた事がありましたが…
すっぽんの刺身や内臓のお造りなどもついてくる
ちゃんとしたコースですっぽんをいただくのが初めてで、以前からこちらのお店が良いとも聞いておりワクワクして行きました(*´-`)

▷特に印象残ったもの↓(ほとんどだけど)
・真っ赤な血はグレープフルーツ割ですのでスッキリと飲み干せる
先付けは名前はちゃんと覚えられなかったけど、呼吸の管?など時雨煮のような味付けでそれぞれの食感
・すっぽんの茶碗蒸しは上がとろーっとした葛餡?のお出汁でプルプルのすっぽんや上品なたまごのお味をまとめてます
・お造りは赤い身は少し弾力や歯応えも感じて、臭みは全くなく筋肉っぽいというか地鶏ようなあっさりとした身
その他はとろけたり、ぷちっともしていたり
生姜醤油や胡麻油と塩につけていただきました
・合間はすっぽん以外のものも出ます!
焼き物や揚げ物もそれぞれ美味しくて、
きっと食べ方を気にいる方も多いのでは。
自分の中での一番はお鍋がとにかく美味しすぎました❤︎
めちゃ良いものが内側から取り込めた気がして
雑炊もおかわりしたいくらいでした
グツグツに煮えたところを見せて
取り分けてくれるので
私はシャッターチャンスは逃しましたが、
構えてないとですね。笑
次回は別のコースでもいけたらいいなと思います
