◆出色の一皿 仔羊の煮込み巻き
お任せで個性の料理がテンポ良く出て来る。
中には焼きアネローニ(焼きパスタ)のような初対面のものも。
料理が一通り出ると「まだ食べられる?」と三宅シェフ。
「食べられます!」と答えると、デザートに
ピスタチオのジェラート・コン・ブリオッシュが登場、
総じてボリューミーなコースだった。
その中で象徴的かつ出色だったのが仔羊の煮込み巻き。
小さなこぶしほどのたっぷりした大きさで、
煮込まれた仔羊がゼラチンを感じるとろんとろんジューシーな甘旨さで
そこにニンニクとパセリのソースがガツンとワイルドに利いている。
”旨いもの屋”的な衒いの無い美味しさの
骨太イタリアンだった。
