栄の繁華街、錦三地区にあるビルの地下一階に入っているお寿司屋さんです。平日の夜に利用してみました。コチラのお店は以前大将のお弟子さんが握っていたということですが、この7月からリニューアルして大将が握るようになったということみたいですね。店内はカウンターのみ7席の席数、平日の19時ころに入りましたがこの日のお客さんはほかに1組でした。
いただいたのは8000円のコース、最初に枝豆とまぐろの小鉢が2つほどセットされていますが、それ以外は途中におつまみが出ることなく握りのみというカタチです。
この日はヒラメの昆布締めにはじまり、剣先イカ、甘鯛、漬けまぐろ、とろ、こはだ、アジ、のど黒、とり貝、車海老、雲丹、穴子、そして玉子焼きに味噌汁といった内容でした。
お寿司はどれも文句なしに美味しかったですが、特に気に入ったものをいくつか挙げると、まずは雲丹、海苔の食感がかなりしっかりしていて主張してきますが、それに負けないくらいの濃厚な雲丹、すごく甘みも強くて美味しいです。
次にのど黒、少し炙ってくれていますが、それにより脂の旨みが最大限に引き出されている感じですね、コレも最高です。
最後に穴子、ふわふわでとろけるような食感、ツメもさらりとしていて個人的にすごく好み、塩で食べるのも良いけど、ワタクシ的にはツメで食べる穴子のが好きですね、もっともクドくて穴子の味を邪魔するようなツメとかならノーサンキューですけど(笑)
しっかりと量もあってお腹も大満足、すごく美味しかったです。お弟子さんの方も泉の方でお店をやっているということみたいですね、そちらの方も気になるのでお邪魔してみたいと思います、ごちそうさまでした。
