山の中にひっそりと佇む古民家。
店内は三間続きの広い和室にテーブル席と座敷席を配置。
間取りが良いのでしょうね。
着座すると不思議に落ち着きます。
広縁の窓から見える景色は、庭園とその背後の山肌に息吹く緑一色。
石臼挽き自家製粉。
外一の手打ち蕎麦を提供。
基本は板そばになりますが、冷やし鶏そば、米沢牛そば、かき揚げそば、カレーそば。
天ぷらは単品で注文できます。
野菜天盛合せ、天然山菜天ぷら、天然月山筍天、天然舞茸天など。
板そばは下記の2種類があります。
北海道産の蕎麦粉を使用した「板そば」
自家栽培の蕎麦粉を使用した「坊板そば」
ちなみに自家栽培の蕎麦粉を使用した「坊板そば」の方が高く、小が1,850円で並盛は2,100円。
天然山菜天ぷらが税込2,000円。
旬の月山筍天も2,000円。
山形県にしてはお高い価格設定ですね。

外一の手打ち蕎麦。
石臼挽きの舌触り。
蕎麦は間違いなく美味しいと思います。
繋がりも良く蕎麦の香りが強い。
打ちたてでしょうね。
自家栽培の蕎麦粉は野性味溢れるというか、個性的な味わいです。
つけづゆは出汁とかえしのバランスが絶妙。
好みもあると思いますが、このつけづゆはかなり美味しいと思います。
旬の月山筍の天ぷらは言うまでもなく美味しい。
板そばと天ぷらを食べて1人3,000円程度。
このシチュエーションとロケーションを含んでの価格と考えれば、CPは悪くないのかもしれません。
