奥渋谷と呼んでいいのか、東急百貨店本店から山手通りに向かう道沿いから半地下にひっそりと佇むこちら。
日本酒を中心に静かな時間が過ごせる大人の空間。
カウンターが8席程度、奥に個室が1室あるようだ。
この日はカウンターの燗どっこの前で燗酒を楽しむ機会を得た。
個室には一組いたが口開けの時間帯ゆえかカウンターは幸い我々だけで独占。
まずは刺身盛合せ。
真鯛、本鮪、烏賊、小肌。
醤油はもちろんあるけれど、本鮪はニラ醤油のペースト、烏賊は黄身酢、真鯛は煎酒合え、小肌はは酢〆てガリと合え
と、個々の刺身に薬味と味が添えられているスタイルは面白い。
あとは日本酒を、基本燗酒に合うものをお任せして出してもらった。
生青海苔入りがんも:生の青海苔の香りが堪らない。含ませた味も控えめなものでしみじみ。
イワシのマリネ:イワシの十二分な脂分が酢で引き締められ後味も日本酒で流してちょうど完結。
つい、また箸が伸びてしまいそうな味。
茄子煮浸し :ウニとキャビアのせ
ポテサラ:分厚いベーコンのせ
甕蒸し牛すじ:これは上品な蒸し牛すじ。食感ある野菜もゴロゴロ、白味噌仕立てで煮込み風に仕上げてある。
八幡巻:ごぼうを穴子で巻いてタレ焼きしたもの。実山椒の佃煮がアクセント。
お揚げさん:酒盗チーズのせ、はもう鉄板の組み合わせ。
渋谷でこういう味を楽しめるとは何より。器も美しい。
他に飲んだ日本酒、かなり盛り上がったので写真がブレて詳細不明(笑)
酒を控えれば諭吉プラスちょいで収まるかと。
