東京で大学時代の友人らとプチ同窓会。
招待された場所は、日本橋にある『沌』さん。
雰囲気も静かで、使われている調度品もお洒落。
流石、日本橋!と言いたくなる素敵なお店でした。
一方、一抹の不安もあり、それは自分がパクチーが苦手なこと。
以前、台湾に行った時も食事には苦労しました・・・ので・・・

先ずは【スパークリングワイン】で乾杯!
続いては【ビアシン】です。
苦みや爽快感は日本のビールに近いですね。
とっても飲みやすい。
中盤からは【ビアチャーン】に変更。
こちらは苦みやコクが深く、辛めのタイ料理にマッチしました。
【ソムタム】は干し海老とパパイヤ、キャベツのサラダ。
ナンプラーとライムの香りががタイ風でとってもエスニック。
【ポッソサーモンアボカド生春巻き】
物凄く具が詰まってて、食べ応えあり。
パクチーも入っているんですが、うむ!?・・旨い!!
【コームヤーン】(豚トロ肉の台風炙り焼き)
これまたエスニックなソースをかけて頂きましたが、
パクチーが効いてて、むしろ癖になってきたぞ・・・
【ガイヤーン】(イーサン地方鶏の照り焼き)
ニンニクやパクチーの香りがしますが、
もはや苦手というより好きになっている自分。
鶏肉はジューシーで、炭の香りもしましたし、
とっても手をかけていることが伺えます。
【カイヤッサイ】(具だくさんオムレツ)
スパイシーなひき肉が卵に包まれており、
ビアチャーンに合いますね。ビアが進むススム

ということで、何を食べても美味しかった。
何よりもパクチーが苦手だった自分が、
いつの間にかパクチーの虜になっているww
ええお店に連れて行ってもらいました。
