ふぐの白子が食べたくて3回目の来訪。
当日1時間前に土曜日17時から予約。限定5台の徳盛りを頼むために5分前に到着。1組待っていただけだったが、私たちが並び始めてから既に後ろには3組は並んでいた。
2番目に入店し、初めて徳盛りの注文に成功!
990円でこんなにもかという種類と量のお刺身たち。
各種5切ずつのお刺身を2人で堪能。
なんて贅沢だ(*^^*)
1番美味しかったのは、別皿に盛られたさんまタタキ。
真ん中にあるワタが格別。これをちょびちょびと食べ、日本酒のアテにしたのは言うまでもない。
次にボラの焼き白子、真鱈の白子の天ぷら、牡蠣フライを注文。
2年前初めて来店した際に、フグの焼き白子と白子天ぷらを食べ、感動するほど美味しく、和海ファンになった。
今日はまだフグの白子がなく、他の白子料理を食べたが…やはりフグには勝らない。
もう少し寒くなってフグの時期にリベンジしたい。
ややお腹いっぱいになってきたが、次にいつも頼む
だし巻き玉子、そして真鯛のカブト煮付けを注文。
だし巻き玉子はふわふわでとても美味しい。
真鯛の煮付けはこの値段でいいの?
と思わせる量と味。
味がしっかり染み込んでいて、日本酒に合う。
今日のお酒は大好きなもろこしハイを最初に。
日本酒は尾瀬の雪どけ(甘みがあり飲みやすい)と
帰山(スッキリした味わい)を楽しんだ。
寒くなったらフグを狙いにまた伺います(^з^)
