この日は天然うなぎと松茸
松茸が不作の中
珍しい貴重な松茸
ツガタケが入ったとの事
通常より3倍の標高の高さでしか生息してなく
コメツガと言うの木から生えた松茸
産地はたったの3つ
1キロ13万
市場だと30万だと
長谷部大将が説明してくれました
コレだけで
もの凄くおいしい気がするのは
私だけでしょうか

タイの切り身(ほんの一口)
昆布も一切入ってないのにおいしすぎて
これはたまりませんね
白焼きは串でグサグサ刺しながら
しっかり余分な脂を落として
それでもふっくらジューシー
今回白焼きだけでも1.2キロのうなぎを
6人で頂きました
最後の勢麟さんも本当に素晴らしかったです
