この時期になると鰻がすごく食べたくなります。
なかなか兵庫で美味しい鰻に出会わなくて
こちら唯一百名店に兵庫でなっていて
行きたくて以前予約しましたが
満席でした。
そして今回前もってお昼予約して伺いました。
阪神西宮駅から歩いて15分ほど
きた八の小さい看板みえました。
カウンターへ。
予約の時に鰻一匹か半身が決めてた方がよいみたいです。一匹のオーダーはしていました。
調理法は当日にと。
そして、櫃まぶし選びました。
◉上櫃まぶし 4750円
…タレの混ざったご飯の上に鰻がびっしり。皮目がパリッと。身はふっくら。
食べ方おススメ→十字に仕分けて4膳に。①そのまま②山葵を添えて③山葵と三つ葉と出汁でお茶漬けに④お好みの食べ方で。香ばしいのでそのままは鰻の味をダイレクトで臭みなし。山葵添えるとより、鰻の味たちますね。出汁茶漬けにしたらするするいけますね、入れすぎると出汁の味になっちゃいます。一番は、山葵を少し添えて鰻の味をしっかり味わえるのが良かったです。
添えられてる柴漬け、べったら漬けも美味しかった。
◉アサヒ瓶ビール 650円
名古屋で食べたこれまでで一番すきな櫃まぶしのあつた蓬莱軒を思いだしました。炭火ではないですが、鰻の焼き方絶妙で、タレも程よく甘くて満足感すごかったです。
人気なのも納得。ごちそうさまでした(╹◡╹)
