ちょうど1年前に伺い本当に大・大・大満足で、しかもお友達にも偶然逢えちゃった『まんぷく堂』さんに年末に再び♡と伺ったのですが、私の酷い失態でまんぷく堂さんには本当にご迷惑をお掛けしてしまい、なのになのに、本当に温かい対応をして頂き心より感謝です(⁎ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈⁎)♡
で、年末お料理を頂け無かったので年が明けやっと伺えました〜本当にまんぷくにさせて下さいます。
睦月のお品
◎ とろろ汁
とろろの優しい甘さが口にふわぁ〜とこれから来るお料理を迎える準備は完璧!
◎ そら豆&ウニのハサミ揚げ
そら豆のホクホクと雲丹のとろみにおかきのサクサクの食感が熱々で頂けます。
◎ ちゃぶりなまこと八朔
硬いコリコリしたなまことは違い、柔らかい食感のなまこ。さっぱりした酸味に爽やかな八朔が加わりあっさり美味しい石川県の郷土料理。
◎ 毛蟹と菜の花
蟹の美味がただただ感じる事が出来る、丁寧なお仕事をして下さった一品。早くも春の予感♡
◎ かぶらを胡麻豆腐にした感じ からすみをまぶして
食感が蕪からは想像できないモチモチさ。
薄くカットされた蕪の歯ごたえとのハーモニーが面白い!からすみで風味豊かな一品へ。
◎ 牡蠣茶碗蒸し
滑らかな舌触りの茶碗蒸しから、濃厚でクリーミーな牡蠣は食べると磯の香りが口に一気に広がります。牡蠣の火入れも最高!
◎ 酒肴彩々
いわし・たこ・ふき・干し柿・セロリ・若竹煮唐揚げ・わかさぎ砧巻き・明太たまご
今回も『明太たまご』がめっちゃ美味しい〜後は若竹煮の唐揚げもお弁当に入ってたらテンションあがる!鰙も上品で美味しかったです。
◎ 豚の角煮
甘辛く煮付けられた豚の角煮。しっかりお肉の美味さを味わえるタイプで甘すぎないのがお酒をより美味しくさせてくれます。
◎ 太刀魚の昆布締め
よく〆った太刀魚の身は魚の豊かな甘みを感じます。何も付けなくても十分な海だけの味。
『美味』とはこういう事よね。
◎ 北寄貝 サラダ風
私は初めて食べましたが北陸の方ではスーパーのお惣菜売場に並ぶ位によく食べられている北寄貝のサラダ仕立て。あおさがまた良い仕事してます。
◎ 穴子と大根のあんかけ
寒い日には最高のお椀。トロトロの長崎県産穴子と熱々大根をたっぷりの和風だし餡に『本山葵』を添えて頂きました。優しい〜そしてほっこりさせてくれる終盤の立役者みたいなお料理。
◎河内鴨
穴子が立役者ならこちらはエース?!
肉厚な美しい色の鴨肉はレアですが、とてもジューシーで臭みを感じさせない新鮮さ。ここまで来たのにまだしっかりボリュームがありましたが、食べれちゃう美味しさでした。
◎ イワシご飯と舞茸のお味噌汁
まるでもち米入りかのようなもっちりした御飯のイワシご飯。こちらも〆に相応しいあっさりとした上品な味付け。お味噌汁の舞茸の香りが最高でした。
◎ ふきのとうのアイス 百合根と黒豆
サクサクモナカにふきのとうのアイスがギューッと詰まったデザートは別腹♡濃厚なんだけど、後味サッパリ。百合根のお饅頭も上品な甘さでお抹茶と食べたい一品でした。
私は諸事情により食べませんでしたが、こちらの『鯖寿司』が絶品(* ˘ ³')σ-♡お土産にして頂きました。
このCPと丁寧なお・も・て・な・しで諭吉さんおひとり分は申し訳ないです。季節ごとのお料理を食べにまた寄らせて頂きます。
