語りたいことが多いから丁寧にレビューさせて欲しい。
まずこの日は桜海老を食べる!以外はノープラン!行き当たりばったりの旅。
こちらのお店もノープラン!突訪で行ったお店。
燗酒と中華のマリアージュを推していて、
お酒を頼むと杯台と平皿選ぶ所からこちらの華音劇場が始まった!!
一発目の衝撃
「鰹タタキの沙茶醤あえ」
齢52 にして初めての鰹の食し方ヲ知った!
こんなもん纏わされたらカツオだってびっくりよ!
「ねぇさん!こんなの着たらかおりちゃんに笑われちゃうよぉ!」
「カツオおにいちゃんとっても似合ってるですぅ」
なんとも言えない複雑なスパイスと海鮮風味の出汁のような沙茶醤がカツオによく合う♡
二発目の衝撃
「発酵白菜と春雨の煮込み」
これが何たる旨味!発酵白菜の程よい酸味と、何故かクリーミーさを感じる春雨がとろとろっと絡んでる♡
「ミルキーでママの味でしゅぅ♡」
三発目の衝撃
「中国黒酢の酢豚」
このどこにでもありそうなこれが禿げるほど美味しいのよ!どうやら萬幻豚という食肉になるまで5回も選別される特別な豚肉らしい。
表面カリカリッと肉はじゅんわりで黒酢のソースが今まで食べた酢豚で一番美味しかった!
「カツオおにいちゃん!
はだかの豚さんはそんなに美味しいでしゅか?」
「たらちゃん!素豚ぢゃないよ!酢豚だよぉ」
これらの衝撃料理が延々と何を食べても美味しい!
そしてそれに合わせる燗酒の素晴らしさよ♡
ここはきっとそのうち予約困難店になってしまう気がする。
まだみんな気がついてないだけなんだと思う。
間違いなく東京だったら予約困難店になる。
今度静岡に来る時はきっとここをめがけて来るに違いない!!ってかもぉ来週にでも行きたい!
