2019年9月28日(土)、家族4人で再訪。
カウンター席は取れず、今回はお座敷でした。
女将さんの接客は上品、丁寧で心が和みます。
今回頂いたものは…、
・筋子のたまじめ
・毛がに、胡麻豆腐
・鯖寿司
・松茸、鱧の土瓶蒸し
・戻り鰹、鯛の刺身
・雲丹、湯葉、茄子の小鉢、みる貝のぬた和え、畳いわし、銀杏
・うおぜ山椒ソース、まいたけ天
・ミニ蕎麦
・おでん
・ご飯、きのこの赤出汁、いわしの土佐煮、香のもの
・栗蒸し羊羹、なし、ざくろ、ぶどうのゼリー寄せ
のっけから、美しく盛られた筋子、毛がに、鯖寿司からの土瓶蒸しと怒涛の展開!
美味しいもんだけが続々と♪
鯖寿司が旨い。特に海苔が…、こんな海苔は記憶にない!
土瓶蒸しは、上物の松茸とふわっとした鱧がごろごろ。
そして、なんとも旨みの濃い鯛、戻り鰹の刺身へと。
その後のラインナップは前回に比べるとやや見劣りするものでしたが、
これは季節によるところが大きいので止む無しか。
とは言っても、酒の進む品ばかり。
なくても良かったかなと思ったのは、ミニ蕎麦くらい。
おでんは、大根、菊名をベースに、蛤、牡蠣、つみれ、厚揚げ、海老芋、軍鶏から2品。
なんとも贅沢なおでんでした。
料理と酒に堪能したところで、お楽しみのご飯♪
さんざん美味しいものを頂いたあとなのに、ただのご飯でほっこり幸せになってしまう…。
やっぱり、流石のはた田さんでした。
酒は、「のぐち」がなかった(価格が高騰したとのこと)ことだけが唯一残念でした。
