Born in Hokkaido in 1970. Interested in cooking from an early age, after graduating from high school, he began his career at a Japanese-style meal restaurant in Wakayama. He started as an apprentice and learned the ABCs of cooking. At the age of 30, he became independent and opened a Japanese-style meal restaurant. Ramen he served at the end of meals became popular with regulars, and he gradually became fascinated with the depth of Ramen making. While working in the usual business, he devoted himself to self-study research. He made a major change in direction when he relocated, and is now known nationwide as a restaurant that specializes in Ramen.

The smooth, homemade noodles, which were the result of unique research and trial and error, are served in a smooth, round soup made by combining the matured cloudy soy sauce of Kadocho, a long-established soy sauce manufacturer also from Arita, with a rich, flavorful stock of chicken and seafood. To this is added the roast pork, which was created after extensive research and training, even going so far as to visit famous restaurants in the Hokuriku region, and carefully selected toppings. Many female customers are unable to resist the gentle yet profound flavor and order a second bowl, finishing it off in no time.

The name of the shop may seem a little unusual for a Ramen shop, but it is a remnant of the shop's original history as a Japanese Japanese-style meal establishment.
