Our recommended dishes are the ``Ten Seiro'', which is topped with luxurious prawns and vegetable Tempura, and the ``Duck Soup Seiro'', which uses domestic duck. The dashi stock is made by slowly boiling Rausu kelp and Soda bonito and finished with high-quality Higeta soy sauce, and the stock is made by combining soy sauce with the stock made from a single honbushi stick and letting it sit for a while. We use different types of soba noodles. Please enjoy our soba to your heart's content, which is made with the utmost care.

[Ujiie] is quietly located in a residential area, a 6-minute walk from Machiya Station. In this adult space filled with the warmth of wood, we offer counter seats with a lively feel and semi-private rooms perfect for private meals and entertainment. We offer two types of courses using seasonal ingredients, so it can be used for a variety of occasions such as business entertainment, memorial services, and celebrations such as anniversaries.
