Food Dishes using carp and domestic eel, which are rare even in Tokyo.
Due to the rebound warning period, we are currently closed to in-store operations and selling over-the-counter. Among the various takeaway menus, "Koi no Arai" is recommended! We have a fish tank in the store, so the carp is fresh. The carp grown in clean water has no odor and is recommended to be enjoyed with homemade vinegared miso. We also offer unusual menu items such as ``Eel Kabayaki'' with a light sauce that both children and adults can enjoy, and ``Catfish Karaage'' which is an easy bite-sized dish!

We recommend “Janchu”, which is available in a 1L bottle as is!
