The restaurant has been renovated from the former Osteria Ito and renamed Centodieci, an Italian Cuisine-based Organic Food Restaurants. The chef realized that the human body is made up of what we eat, and by improving his diet, he himself successfully lost 14kg in one year. As we have seasonal ingredients that we would like you to eat and an order in which we would like you to eat them, we mainly serve course meals (also available a la carte).
