ChefChef Ogura embodies the harmony of tradition and challenge.
Tomomi Ogura (Ogurato Momi), Regalo group owner chef. Stage in Bergamo, a city near Milan. After working at the Aroma Fresca chain, he trained at a famous restaurant in Tokyo and became independent in Tomigaya in September 2008. Moved to Sangubashi in 2010. Since 2021, we have been running the Youtube channel "Italian Cuisine Professional Training Course".
SpaceAnother world spreading underground
1 minute walk from Sangubashi Station. When you go down the stairs to the basement, you will find yourself in a calm space that is hard to believe that you are in a shopping district. Gray walls and navy carpet make you feel like you're in a black-and-white photo. Music carefully selected by a dedicated DJ, tableware arranged by Royal Copenhagen and Ginori, and the work of a photographer who visited Italy together with the chef create an elegant space.
Food Primitive charcoal grill and pasta
Chef Ogura personally visits Toyosu Market and carefully selects fresh ingredients delivered from all over Japan. As the seasons change, the vegetables and fish we use change, and we deliver their flavors and aromas to our customers. The main dish is carefully selected beef grilled over a primitive charcoal grill. Spaghetti, handmade pasta, truffle-flavored eggs, and foie gras gratin are also Regalo's specialties.

We are particular about Italian wines, and offer a wide range of wines from north to south, from traditional producers to natural producers. We are confident in the wine pairings that go well with all dishes, from appetizers to main courses. We also have a wide selection of bottles.
