We also offer meats that are highly rare among Okinawan Cuisine restaurants, such as ``Agu pork'' and ``island goat meat,'' as well as island vegetables such as ``maru okra.'' Among the various menus, in addition to ``Soki and Boiled Radish'' and the rare ``Goat Sashimi,'' the classic ``Goya Champuru'' and ``Okinawa Soba'' are popular! You can also enjoy sashimi and seared ``sterile chicken'' that can be eaten raw.
