The only pizzas served at Seirinkan are Marinara and Margherita. The reason they offer such simple, unadulterated pizzas is because the owner wants customers to savor the flavor of the dough, rather than just the toppings. The chewy, moist and fragrant dough has an exquisite taste that is light yet leaves a deep aftertaste. It seems that they spent day and night trying and testing to create this taste.
