"Namaiki", which proposes such a stylish way of eating beef "raw", opened in Suehirocho in 2014 as the third restaurant of the brand that inherits the DNA of the popular restaurant "Yoroniku" in Minam
...i-Aoyama. Fresh, high-quality red meat sashimi melts at body temperature with an elegant taste once placed on the tongue. In addition, the yolk and sauce are intertwined in an exquisite balance, and after enjoying raw meat such as yukke, which can be enjoyed in various ways, Yakiniku (Grilled meat) finally appeared. Staff who are familiar with the deliciousness of meat are grilled and feasted while identifying the best moments. Cow tongue Thinly sliced the finely marbled core and garnish with salt kelp. Misji is a soup stock with grated radish, and zabuton is soaked in a special sauce and entwined with egg yolk, and a unique presentation is unfolded.
