The ``Meishan Pork'', a mythical pig with only 100 in Japan, is not only called that because of its rarity, but also because of its rich flavor, which is completely different from the pork we are used to eating, and the deliciousness of its elegant fat. It is called "Phantom". It has also been considered the highest quality pork due to its flavor and smooth, high-quality fat. It is shipped directly from Tsukahara Farm, which is currently the only producer of it. Please enjoy the course.
Space[Unusual] Semi-private room with authentic hearth on every table
Seasonal ingredients (vegetables, fish, meat) are grilled and enjoyed on the hearth provided at every table. Enjoy a meal in a special space that you can't find anywhere else. We have semi-private rooms that can accommodate 2 to 10 people. It has a spacious seating area, so it can be used for entertaining, dates, and banquets. Additionally, the semi-private room at the back of the store is a very popular seat. There is a 10% table charge for this seat only.

``Special Kaiseki'' where you can enjoy specially selected ingredients for entertaining or special occasions, ``Kemuri Kaiseki (monthly change)'' where you can enjoy hearth grilled food, and ``Sunday and Holiday Kaiseki'' where you can enjoy hearth cuisine at a discount on Sundays and holidays. Please select according to the usage scene. *10% of the total bill as a grilling service charge (*not required if the customer bakes it himself). Grilling service charge is free for special kaiseki meals only.
