Chef[Carmine Cozzolino]
Born in Calabria, Italy in 1955. At the age of 15, he moved to Florence to study cooking, and came to Japan in 1978, admiring Japanese martial arts and Buddhism. After working as head chef Restaurants such as ``Visavi,'' he opened ``Ristorante Carmine'' in 1987, the first Restaurants in Japan to be run by an Italian owner-chef.
