"Nodoguro" is a high-quality fish that is the highest quality white fish. You can fully enjoy such "Nodoguro" in Akasaka. We offer both cold and hot soba noodles, but first, please try the ``Seiro Soba.'' The fresh soba noodles made in-house and the five types of dipping sauces you can choose from: mori soup, spicy daikon radish, sesame sauce, Tsukimi Tsuyu, and Tsukimi Tororo Tsuyu go perfectly together. Choose according to your mood that day! We recommend comparing the two types and sharing them. Half size is also available, so it's perfect for finishing off your drinks.
