Food Homemade demi-glace made over a week
Made the old-fashioned way without butter. Add veal bones, beef tendon, and herbs to Espanol sauce and simmer for a week, straining the sauce every day. The resulting sauce has a smooth texture with a nostalgic richness. The deliciousness of beef stew and hayashi rice is determined by this sauce.
Food Specialty baked rice
Eight types of vegetables, including bamboo shoots, onions, shiitake mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, and corn, are boiled with rice in bouillon and left overnight. By doing this, the flavor permeates to the core of the rice and spreads the flavor. In addition, the proper amount of moisture evaporates, which allows it to mix well with tomato sauce, and if you compare it to so-called chicken rice, you will immediately notice the difference.
