Aburasoba (Oiled Ramen Noodles) at Tokyo Aburagumi Souhonten uses homemade noodles made from the highest quality wheat in Japan, developed in collaboration with a long-established noodle manufacturer.
... The "secret sauce" that coats the noodles is a special sauce that can only be enjoyed at our restaurant. In addition to being able to enjoy a variety of topping combinations, it is also characterized by having fewer calories than regular "Ramen". All sizes of noodles are the same price, and the most popular is Special Topping A (green onion sesame and soft-boiled egg)! Enjoy it with the free toppings.
