Tatsuya (Djinga) was used as a filming location for the TV Tokyo drama "Geki Karado". It was used in the welcome party scene for Mr. Kiriyama of Johnny's WEST, who starred in the restaurant!! The "Super Spicy Course" that we offered at that time has become a very popular course! *You can adjust the spiciness, so please let us know when ordering.
Food Delicious kimchi!
This is a popular kimchi that sells out before reservations even takeaway. Tatsuya's "homemade kimchi" has a delicious sauce, so of course you can eat it as is, but once fermentation has progressed and the sourness develops, you can make kimchi jjigae, kimchi fried rice, etc. with no other seasonings. *We do not use commercially available kimchi at our restaurant.

Ingredients are carefully selected and purchased based on their production area. In particular, chili peppers, which are indispensable to Korean Cuisine, are made from several types of high-quality ones made in Korea, and are used depending on the dish. Our seasonings (yangnyeom) are prepared at our own factory in Seoul, based on our belief in safe ingredients and no additives.
