Our store was founded in Okachimachi, Tokyo in 1975 (Showa 50). Since the time of our predecessors, we have been dedicated to serving Wagyu beef, especially the specially selected Kuroge Wagyu beef, to our customers. Since our establishment in 1975, we have established a unique purchasing route with a focus on Wagyu beef. Since the time of our predecessors, we have been dedicated to serving Wagyu beef, especially the specially selected Kuroge Wagyu beef, to our customers. Thorough safety management from production site to delivery! At a place called Nakanishi Farm, the feed is a blend of grains such as barley, corn, and soybeans. We are raised on grass grown without pesticides on a contracted farm and delicious water from the Rokko Mountains.
