ChefWe offer Tanaka-style cuisine from the gastronomic capital of Tuscany.
Owner-chef Yusuke Tanaka spent five years training in Tuscany, Italy, and served as head chef at numerous restaurants in Japan before opening his own restaurant, ``Toscaneria,'' in 2010. In addition to traditional Tuscan cooking methods that make the most of carefully selected ingredients, you can enjoy Tanaka's style of Tuscan cuisine, which combines seasonal ingredients that color Japan's four seasons. We also have over 200 types of wine, so please feel free to enjoy just wine.
SpaceEnjoy a relaxed meal in a restaurant with an Italian atmosphere.
A luxurious seat surrounded by Carrara marble in Tuscany, where owner-chef Tanaka trained. It has somewhat formal elements such as a chic black interior and white tablecloths, but the atmosphere is not too formal, such as the wine lined up against the wall, so you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed manner. There are counter seats in front of the kitchen, so you can use it not only for anniversaries and dinner parties, but also for everyday use.
