The stylish main counter, which also serves as a special seat, is made from a single 5-and-a-half-meter Japanese cypress. We are so particular about it that we had to do some renovation work to install this counter! Enjoy authentic Edomae Sushi in a chic and sophisticated space! Of course, we also have private rooms available. Please also use it for dinner, entertainment, etc.

We are particular about the ingredients we purchase from Japan, and we carefully select fresh, seasonal fish from Tsukiji fish market every morning. Taking advantage of each ingredient's unique flavor, we sometimes let it sit and mature, and sometimes we serve it fresh! Especially when it comes to tuna, you need to check its condition and let it rest properly before you pickle it. Ingredients other than fish are also carefully selected by the owner, such as Pekorosu, which is rarely found in sushi restaurants, and Wasabi with sprigs from a farm in Yutogi, Izu.

The house champagne is produced by Nicolas Mayard, who has traveled to the Champagne region and is in love with it. We also offer Grand Cru Rosé by the glass! We have a selection of carefully selected wines. Kenzo Estate in California's Napa Valley also visited a winery. We have a variety of red and white varieties, so please feel free to ask our staff! ! Of course, we also recommend sake, which goes well with sushi.
