Push open the iron-black, seemingly heavy door, and delicious smoke rising from the charcoal grill is a sign of welcome to you. Food The signature dish is the branded chicken "Fugaku Hakkei" from Shizuoka Prefecture.
The chickens are fed rice, which means they have little of the typical chicken smell and their meat is plump and tender, so by grilling them over a charcoal fire at high temperatures in a short time, you can enjoy the delicious flavor of the meat, which is crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. We also offer 15 types of skewers and moderately fatty bonito, which are slowly grilled over charcoal to bring out the natural flavor of the ingredients. Please enjoy our diverse lineup of charcoal grilled dishes.
