The wine we sell is called Vin Nature (natural wine, bio wine). Wine is an agricultural product, not an industrial product. Our sommelier selects delicious wines that are made as naturally as possible. There is a reason for delicious wine: the power of the terroir, the grapes, and the efforts of the producers. Please feel free to ask us anything about wine, how to choose it, how to enjoy it, etc.

The dishes at "pipal" are based on French cuisine cuisine, with Italian Cuisine and Japanese-style meal flavors mixed in so that they can be enjoyed with wine. For those who order dessert, we will serve it to you with candles and fireworks, along with birthday music!

... wines) by the glass. The food is handmade, with everything from the fond (soup stock) used for the sauce to the sausages and desserts all made in-house. We are proud of our natural yeast bread, and even the yeast is handmade in-house. The vegetables are grown without or with reduced pesticides, purchased from farmers all over the country. This is a homemade dish with no additives, based on French cuisine cuisine, mixed with Italian Cuisine and Japanese-style meal techniques.
