Food The granular pasta ``Fregra'' and the rich Karamisu spaghetti are popular.
Fregula is a granular pasta unique to Sardinia that resembles couscous and is derived from the word fish roe. Our popular menu item is ``Fresh Shellfish Fregula'', which is packed with umami and is made by stewing mussels, clams, white clams, bonito shellfish, etc. In addition, the ``mullet mullet spaghetti'', made with high-quality local ingredients, is a specialty dish that is as rich as if it had been made with butter. It's a sight to behold as the staff finishes it off with karasumi right in front of you.

We offer red and white wines that we purchase directly from wineries in Sardinia. Enjoy a luxurious drink that is hard to find in Japan. Glasses of wine are replaced every month or so depending on the season. Milt sake, a locally loved after-dinner drink, has a high-quality flavor with a rich berry aroma and sweetness that spreads gently in your mouth without making you feel the alcoholic content is close to 30 degrees. Be sure to try craft beer, which is fermented in the bottle just like wine.
