Kyo Kuzushi Kappo is a modern new type of Kappo cuisine that utilizes traditional Kyoto cuisine, but is not limited to Japanese ingredients, and enjoys creative combinations of seasonal ingredients from around the world (= Kuzushi). All five senses, not only the taste of the food, but also the aroma of the food being served, the feel of the utensils when you pick them up, the pleasant explanations from the staff serving the food, and the atmosphere of the customers who create the atmosphere of the restaurant. In addition to the 4,800 yen monthly course, we also have a 5,900 yen course with the main dish of ``Kuroge Wagyu Beef Grilled with Hoba Miso'' and a 6,900 yen course with ``Hitori Conger Shabu Shabu Hot Pot (pork shabu-shabu from November to April).'' . For lunch, we prepared Kuzushi Shokado Gozen. Kagoshima prefecture black beef is marinated in homemade miso, and enjoy the aroma of magnolia leaves and grilled to your preference. The conger conger that has been cooked in the morning is flown in from Oita Prefecture every morning. Dip the conger conger bone cut in-house in the conger conger soup stock and enjoy it piping hot.
