Food Domestic live eel dishes
We buy live eels directly from the market and prepare them at the store every morning, so they are extremely fresh! We do not steam eel at our restaurant. By baking without steaming, the skin becomes crispy. We recommend the ``Tataki eel'', which is grilled and served with grated ponzu sauce. We also have Grilled skewer such as short, chestnut, and liver skewers, which are great as snacks for drinks. Please enjoy Hitsumabushi with your meal.

Local chicken with a chewy texture and outstanding flavor. Tender and juicy brand chicken. Did you know that there are two types? There are many different types of chicken, so the owner offers different types of chicken depending on the day. We also have boneless chicken dish, round and juicy whole hearts, and green onion skin skewers made with green onions wrapped in chicken skin.
