Thinly sliced sirloin of female Japanese black beef. The meat is grilled to the perfect degree by our staff, and served with a rich Sukiyaki style sweet and spicy sauce and an egg yolk made from ``Japan's best eggs.''

The store is not air-conditioned by a regular air conditioner, but by a fresh air exchange type hot and cold water machine. In addition, the smokeless roaster forces the air out, so the store is well ventilated even without opening the windows. The open space table seats are also spaciously arranged.
