Our proud kama-meshi is carefully cooked from raw rice in a special pot. We use high-quality kelp and dried bonito flakes, and plenty of stock that has been carefully prepared over time to create a fluffy and delicious dish. The most popular dish is Gomoku Kamameshi, which is packed with the flavor of the ingredients. In addition, we also recommend kamameshi, which incorporates seasonal ingredients that can only be tasted at that time of year, such as ``Kakigamameshi.'' We begin cooking after receiving your order, so please allow approximately 15 minutes for your order.

We carefully select the freshest domestic chickens, use different parts for each part, and carefully skewer each chicken at our shop. We use the secret sauce that has been passed down since our founding, and grill it all at once using Umakashi Bincho charcoal from Kishu, Wakayama Prefecture.
