もともとは「初代そうずら庵」という名前でスタートした桜エビかき揚げと、そば・うどんのお店。
2019年6月に伊東マリンタウン内で移転をし、席数拡張をいたしました。
その後10月に「蕎麦ダイニング・楽」としてプチリニューアルオープン。
2020年9月からは朝ごはんに軽く食べたいという声にお応えし、9時から営業しております。
