We are committed to handmade products, and at our four restaurant in Osaka, we make over 200,000 servings of sesame sauce every year by hand with all our heart. Shabu-tei's sesame sauce is different from the commercially available ones; you can add green onions, garlic, and other condiments to make it even more delicious, and it retains its richness even when it's thin, so you can enjoy it as a soup at the end.
