ChefMr. Akinari Fujita - A delicate blend of formality and individuality
Born in Osaka in 1981. After graduating from culinary school, he gained experience at several French restaurants and studied under Takuo Kako of Kobe's Anonym. Afterwards, he moved to France and learned the authentic techniques under Mr. Joseph Viola, winner of the national best craftsman award. Next, we headed to Magalie et Martin, which is famous for Game Meat Dishes. He showed off his natural talent to no end and was selected as the opening chef of "Arcange". After returning to Japan, he opened “Aniel Doll” in 2013.

High-quality ingredients are indispensable for a gentle yet complex view of the world that touches your heartstrings. "Anielle d'Or" takes advantage of Osaka, also known as the "nation's kitchen," which is a convenient location for distribution, and carefully selects ingredients not only from the surrounding area but also from overseas. The main ingredients needed to recreate the authentic taste are ordered from France, including mushrooms that are rarely heard of in Japan, such as girolle and cep mushrooms. We want you to enjoy to your heart's content the delicious flavors of seasonal flavors that have been procured to your heart's content.
