At our restaurant, we offer creative Japanese-style meal Creative Cuisine that you can enjoy à la carte without having to strain your shoulders. ``Famous Bistro Ushi no Hone Style Stew'' is a recommended dish that has been loved since the establishment of the restaurant. Instead of using ready-made products, we carefully simmered the fond de veau from the stock made from grilled "ox bones" as the restaurant's name suggests.
