Yakitori can only be grilled by those who have passed our unique yakitai test! Only the three owners of our restaurant, Kuriki, Yoshii, and Sato, can cook the yakitori! If you dip it in the aged sauce that we have added over the years, you will be able to enjoy our proud yakitori. Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is ready. We carefully prepare each piece one by one and serve them when they are ready to eat, rather than serving them all at once to prevent them from getting cold. Even if you normally like salt, we recommend that you enjoy it with the sauce at our restaurant!
