We are unable to offer course menus, as we would like to provide the freshest ingredients that arrived on the day in the best possible condition. If we change the menu once a month, we must always purchase the ingredients listed on the menu. We don't want you to eat food that is not in good condition. That's why we can't prepare a menu, but if you let us know your menu preferences when making your reservation, Chef Shimomura will prepare it for you with all his heart.

We will entertain you with SHIMOMURA's food and space for important occasions such as birthday celebrations and meals after weddings. There are two rooms on the second floor that can accommodate up to 10 people. On the second floor, semi-private rooms are available depending on the number of people. Please contact us if you would like a private room.

He serves as the executive chef of the Kannai main store "Tsuki", the Yokohama store "Tsuki", and "Su", which are creative Japanese-style meal Creative Cuisine mainly located in Yokohama and Kannai. Winner of ``Kuro-simmered Black Pork'' and runner-up of ``Yuki no Shizuku'' at the National Menu Grand Prix sponsored by Nikkei Restaurants. He has also received numerous awards including the Excellence Award, Gold Award, and Recipe Award.

SHIMOMURA's seasonal cuisine changes its contents, types, and prices every year in response to customer requests. Our concept is to create edible seasonal festivals that are all handmade. This year we have revived the two-tiered heavy duty, which received a lot of inquiries last year, and are offering the very popular premium heavyweight, mainly the two-tiered and three-tiered heavy duty. This is a great deal, so please make your reservation early. We will prepare early spring dishes with all our heart.
