Jiwamon refers to ingredients grown locally in Ishikawa and dishes using them. Enjoy dishes made with love and using plenty of seasonal ingredients, including Kaga's most popular dish, ``Jibuni''.

At the 8 counter seats, we fry Tempura in front of our customers and serve them fresh. Each piece Tempura is carefully fried to bring out the flavor of the ingredients and be enjoyed in optimal condition. Enjoy Tempura fried right in front of your eyes.
